1 U.K.In section 1(3)(a) of the Purchase Tax Act 1963 (in this Schedule referred to as “the 1963 Act”) for the words “section 11 of the Customs and Excise Act 1952” there shall be substituted the words “ section 17 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 ”.
