22Approval of examination stations at customs and excise airports

The Commissioners may, in any customs and excise airport, approve for such periods and subject to such conditions and restrictions as they think fit a part of, or a place at, that airport for the loading and unloading of goods and the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers; and any such part or place so approved is referred to in this Act as an " examination station ".

The Commissioners may at any time for reasonable cause revoke or vary the terms of any approval given under this section.

Any person contravening or failing to comply with any condition or restriction imposed by the Commissioners under this section shall be liable on summary conviction to a penalty of £100.
