The Forestry Commissioners may, with Treasury approval F1as regards England F3..., F6..., make grants and loans to owners and lessees of landF4in England F7... for and in connection with the use and management of the land for forestry purposes.

Any such grant or loan shall be payable in accordance with section 41 of the Forestry Act 1967.
