5 In section 4 of the [1962 c. 43.] Carriage by Air (Supplementary Provisions) Act 1962 (which refers to the date of the coming into force of Article 25A of Schedule 1 to the said Act of 1961) after the words "1961 " there shall be inserted the words " as originally enacted ".
