In section 28 of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 (foreclosure)—
a
in subsection (3) at the end insert " or by an examination of the title sheet of the security subjects in the Land Register of Scotland. ";
b
in subsection (5) after the words " unsold part thereof " where secondly occurring insert " or in accordance with section 15 of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 ".
