Any power to make regulations conferred by this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

A statutory instrument containing regulations under Part 6A is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the House of Commons.

A statutory instrument containing F2any other regulations under this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
