SCHEDULE 2 E+W+S Designation Orders

Operation of designation orders E+W+S

16 (1) A designation order made by the Secretary of State shall not come into operation until the end of the period of six months beginning with the date on which it is made. E+W+S

(2) A designation order made by a local authority and confirmed by the Secretary of State shall not come into operation until the end of the period of six months beginning with the date on which it is confirmed.
