In sections 5(2)(b) and 8(1)(c) of the M1 Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments Act 1953, for the words “the Ancient Monuments Consolidation and Amendment Act 1913” there shall be substituted the words “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979”.

In section 8(4) of that Act, for the words “the said Act of 1913” there shall be substituted the words “the said Act of 1979”.
