In section 2(5) of the M1Faculty Jurisdiction Measure 1964 (limit on authority conferred by faculty for demolition of church), for the words “the Ancient Monuments Acts 1913 to 1953” there shall be substituted the words “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979”.
