In section 7(8) of the M1Mines (Working Facilities and Support) Act 1966 (right to apply for restrictions on working minerals to secure support)—
a
for the words ”the Ancient Monuments Consolidation and Amendment Act 1913” there shall be substituted the words ”the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979”; and.
b
the words “or Part II of the Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments Act 1953” shall be omitted.
