The Education Act 1946
6In section 1(1) of the [1946 c. 50.] Education Act 1946 for the words " section thirteen of the Education Act 1944 " there shall be substituted the words " section 13 of the Education Act 1980 ".
7In section 2(2) of that Act for the words " section thirteen of the principal Act" there shall be substituted the words " section 12 or 13 of the Education Act 1980 ".
8In paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 1 to that Act for the words " section thirteen of the principal Act" there shall be substituted the words " section 13 of the Education Act 1980 ".
