17In section 1(2)(a) of the Education Act 1973 for the words “proposals approved or order made by him under section 13 or 16 of the Education Act 1944” there shall be subtituted the words “order by him under section 16 of the Education Act 1944 or proposals falling to be implemented under section 12 or 13 of the Education Act 1980”.
