For section 1(2) of that Act there shall be substituted—

“(2)

The Secretary of State shall make regulations for determining, or enabling him to determine, whether a school in respect of which proposals making such provision as is mentioned in the preceding subsection are implemented is to be deemed for the purposes of the Education Act 1944 and the other enactments relating to education to be a primary or a secondary school.”
