19 Awards for further and higher education. E+W
For sections 1 to 4 of the Education Act 1962 and Schedule I to that Act (awards for further and higher education) there shall be substituted the provisions set out in Schedule 5 to this Act which—
(a)extend the courses capable of designation under section I to include certain courses provided in conjunction with overseas institutions ;
(b)incorporate the effect of amendments made by the Education Act 1973, the Education Act 1975 and the Education Act 1976; and
(c)omit provisions that are spent or no longer required.
