(1)This Act may be cited as the British Aerospace Act 1980.
(2)F1... the enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Act are repealed on the appointed day to the extent specified in column 3 of that Schedule.
(3)It is hereby declared that this Act extends to Northern Ireland.
