22 Short title and extent.U.K.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Industry Act 1980.
[F1(2)The provisions of this Act so far as they relate to the Scottish Development Agency extend to Scotland only.]
(3)Subject to subsection (2) above, the provisions of this Act except—
(a)sections 10 to 16, and
(b)any other provision so far as it relates to the Welsh Development Agency,
extend to Northern Ireland.
