7 Members and chief executive of the Board. U.K.

(1) In section I of the Industry Act 1975—

(a) in subsection (2) (membership of the National Enterprise of the Board) for the word “sixteen” there shall be substituted the word “twelve”, and

(b) subsection (8) (register of members’ financial interests) shall cease to have effect.

(2) In Part Ill of Schedule 1 to the M1 House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 and in Part Ill of Schedule 1 to the M2 Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 there shall be inserted, at the appropriate place in alphabetical order— “ Chief executive of the National Enterprise Board. ”.
