20Interpretation, minor and consequential amendments and repeals
(1)In this Act—
"the 1974 Act" means the [1974 c. 52.] Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974;
"the 1975 Act" means the [1975 c. 71.] Employment Protection Act 1975;
"the 1978 Act" means the [1978 c. 44.] Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978.
(2)Schedule 1 to this Act (which makes minor and consequential amendments) shall have effect.
(3)The enactments mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
