207 U.K. In section 87(1) of the Companies Act 1980, in the definition of “the statutory maximum”, for “section 28 of the Criminal Law Act 1977” substitute “ section 32 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” and for “section 61 of that Act” substitute “ section 143 of that Act. ”.
