187 U.K. In section 43(5) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 for “subsection (1) of section 61 of the Criminal Law Act 1977” substitute “ subsection (1) of section 143 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” and for “section 28 of that Act” substitute “ section 32 of that Act ”.
