43 U.K. In section 23(2) of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964 for “section 104 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 127(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.

44 U.K. In section 28 of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964—

(a) in subsection (1) for “section 104 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 127(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” ;

(b) in subsection (2) for “the said section 104” substitute “ the said section 127(1) ”.
