109 U.K. In section 38(4) and (6) of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972 for “section 77(1), (3) and (4) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute, in each case, “ section 97(1), (3) and (4) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
