In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Bail Act 1976, in paragraph 8(3), for “section 26(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “section 30(2) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980” and for “the said section 26(3)” substitute “the said section 30(2)”.
