167U.K.In section 88(1) of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1978 for “section 56 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 65 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” and for “section 15 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1949” substitute “ section 144 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ”.
