In section 29(3) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979 for “section 52 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “section 59 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980” and for “section 53A of that Act” substitute “section 62 of that Act”.
