In Part II of Schedule 6 to the Firearms Act 1968, in paragraph 3—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1) for “Schedule 3 to the Criminal Law Act 1977” substitute “ Schedule 1 to the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” ;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (2) for “sections 19 to 24 of the said Act of 1977” substitute “ sections 18 to 23 of the said Act of 1980 ” ;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (3) for “the said sections 19 to 24” substitute “ the said sections 18 to 23 ” and for “section 25(3) and (4) of the said Act of 1977” substitute “ section 25(3) and (4) of the said Act of 1980 ”.
