12SIn section 17 (discrimination by bodies in charge of educational establishments), in paragraph 7 of the Table for the words “75(c) or (d) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1962” there shall be substituted the words “73(c) or (d) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980.”.
