This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
5Subject as hereinafter provided, Part III of Schedule 1 to the Act of 1947 (which makes special provision with respect to land of local authorities and statutory undertakers, inalienable land of the National Trust for Scotland, and land being a common or open space or the site of an ancient monument) shall apply to the order as it applies to a compulsory purchase order:
Provided that where paragraph 7 or 16 of Schedule 1 applies to the order, this paragraph shall have effect as if for the reference to Part III of Schedule 1 to the Act of 1947 there were substituted a reference to paragraph 10 of the last mentioned Schedule.
