Where water which F1Scottish Water supplies for domestic purposes is used by means of a hosepipe or similar apparatus for watering a garden or for horses, washing vehicles or other purposes in stables, garages or other premises where horses or vehicles are kept, F2Scottish Water may require that all water so supplied shall be taken by meter.
