52 Power to require supply for hose pipe to be taken by meter.S
Where water which [F1Scottish Water supplies] for domestic purposes is used by means of a hosepipe or similar apparatus for watering a garden or for horses, washing vehicles or other purposes in stables, garages or other premises where horses or vehicles are kept, [F2Scottish Water] may require that all water so supplied shall be taken by meter.
