Part II S Duties of Water Authorities

8 Water supplied for domestic purposes to be wholesome. S

[F1 Scottish Water] shall provide in [F2 its] mains and communication pipes a supply of wholesome water sufficient for the domestic purposes of all owners and occupiers of premises within [F2 its] limits of supply who are entitled to a supply for those purposes.
