80 Central Scotland Water Development Board.

The Central Scotland Water Development Board (in this Act referred to as “the Central Board”) established under section 3 of the M1Water (Scotland) Act 1967 shall continue to perform the functions assigned or transferred to them by or under that Act.

The area for which the Central Board is established shall comprise the limits of supply as water authorities of the Tayside, Fife, Lothian, Central and Strathclyde regional councils.
