12Any deed to which the Society are a party shall be held to be validly executed on behalf of the Society if it is sealed with the common seal of the Society and subscribed on behalf of the Society by two members of the Council and the secretary of the Society or other person appointed by the Council to act for the secretary without attestation by witnesses.
