This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)Any person guilty of an offence under this Act shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £100 and to imprisonment for a period not exceeding one month.
(2)Notwithstanding any provision of the [1975 c. 21.] Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975, the prosecution of any offence under this Act shall be commenced within 6 months of its first discovery by the prosecutor or in any event within 2 years after the commission of that offence.
