Schedule 6 (Transitional and savings provisions) shall have effect, but the provisions of that Schedule shall not be taken as prejudicing the operation of section 16 of the M1Interpretation Act 1978 (general savings in respect of repeals).

The enactments specified in Schedule 7 are hereby repealed to the extent shown in column 3 of that Schedule.
