The Court of Appeal may, if it thinks fit, on the application of an appellant under this Part of this Act or a person applying for leave to appeal thereunder, [F2 other than a person appealing or applying for leave to appeal from a decision on an appeal under Article 8(11) of the Criminal Justice (Serious Fraud) (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 (appeals against orders or rulings at preparatory hearings) [F3 or Part IV of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (prosecution appeals)],] admit him to bail pending an appeal from the Court.
