In section 3 of the Affiliation Orders Act 1952—
a
in subsection (3)(a)(ii) for the words “section 1 of the Children Act 1948” there shall be substituted the words “
section 2 of the Child Care Act 1980
”

in subsection (6) for the words “section 1 of the Children Act 1948” there shall be substituted the words “
section 2 of the Child Care Act 1980
”
