In section 91 (names of jurors may be passed over, in making returns of jurors for the purposes of criminal trials, where they have died or are no longer qualified), for the words “becomes disqualified as a juror, whether from loss of property, absence, or other legal cause” there shall be substituted the words “
ceases to be qualified to serve as a juror
”
.
