6 Short title, interpretation and extent. S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Married Women’s Policies of Assurance (Scotland) (Amendment) Act 1980.

(2) In this Act “the 1880 Act” means the M1 Married Women’s Policies of Assurance (Scotland) Act 1880.

(3) This Act extends to Scotland only.
