SCHEDULE 3 E+W+N.I. Consequential Amendments

12 E+W In section 88(4) of the M1 Control of Pollution Act 1974 (civil liability under that Act) for paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(c) the Limitation Act 1980”.
