This Act has not been revised to 1.2.1991. It was repealed with effect from 14.10.1991 by Children Act 1989 (c. 41, SIF 20), s. 108(7), Sch. 15. It is available as last published in Statutes in Force (text as at 1.8.1980 but with s. 23(2)(3) and Schs. 2 and 3 which were omitted from S.I.F. being restored)
