57 Penalty for second conviction of assault on constable. S
In section 41(1)(ii) of the M1Police (Scotland) Act 1967 (assaults on constables, etc.), at the end there shall be added the words “ or to a fine not exceeding the prescribed sum within the meaning of section 289B of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975, or to both. ”.
