(1)In this Act—
“the 1975 Act” means the M1Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975;
“constable” means a constable within the meaning of the M2Police (Scotland) Act 1967.
(2)Except where the context otherwise requires, expressions used in this Act and in the 1975 Act shall have the same meanings in this Act as in that Act.
