4Where the compulsory purchase order was made by the Authority—
(a)a notice under [F2section 12] (notice specifying the time for making objections) shall be served on the local authorities within whose areas the land is situated,
(b)those local authorities shall have a right to object in accordance with the notice,
(c)the references in [F3section 13] to objections made by an owner, lessee or occupier shall include references to an objection made by such local authority.
