Part IIE+W Acquisition of Land by Agreement
5The provisions of Part I of the M1Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 (so far as applicable), other than section 31, shall apply in relation to the acquisition of land by agreement under section 104 above; and in the said Part I as so applied “land" shall have the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the M2Interpretation Act 1978.
