Part II E+W+S Modification of Enactments: Scotland

15 E+W+SParagraphs 6 to 13 and 16 to 39 of [F1 Schedule 15 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997] shall have effect in relation to orders under section 141 above, subject to the modifications specified in paragraphs 16 to 20 below.
