SCHEDULE 30 Planning Functions of Urban Development Corporations–Scotland

Part II Enactments Referred to in Section 149(8)(b)

Section 203 of that Act shall have effect as if—

(a)

in subsection (1), after “applies" there were inserted “subject to subsection (1A)"; and

(b)

the following subsection were inserted after that subsection—

"(1A)

Any reference in this section and in section 203 to a competent authority is to be construed as including a reference to an urban development corporation."
