1E+W+SIn section 46 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 (drivers of hackney carriages not to act without first obtaining a licence) for the words from “and a fee" to “paid" there shall be substituted the words “ and such fees as the commissioners may determine shall be paid ”.
