115 Interpretation of Part XIII.E+W+S

In this Part of this Act—

  • “the Act of 1973” means the M1Land Compensation Act 1973;

  • “the Scottish Act of 1973” means the M2Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973;

  • “the Land Compensation Act” means the Act of 1973 in relation to England and Wales and the Scottish Act of 1973 in relation to Scotland.
