133 Interpretation, amendments and extent. E+W+S

(1) In this Part of this Act—

• [F1 “development corporation” has the same meaning as in the M1 New Towns Act 1981]

• F2 “the 1964 Act” means the M2 Licensing Act 1964;

• F2 “the 1968 Act” means the M3 New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968.

(2) The amendments to F3 the 1968 Act, the M4 Land Compensation Act 1961 and the M5 Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1963 mentioned in Schedule 25 below shall have effect.

F4 (4) This Part of this Act does not extend [F5 to Scotland (apart from this section) or] to Northern Ireland.
